Howell Carnegie District Library Change Location

The Howell Carnegie District Library has two meeting rooms available for public use.

  • To request a meeting room, use the form below. For assistance with completing the form, call the Library at 517-546-0720.
  • The meeting rooms are only available by reservation. An e-mail address is required.
  • Booking requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the booking and can be made 45 days in advance.
  • Rooms are available during regular operating hours. Beyond regular operating hours incurs a $25 fee. The fee applies before 9:00am or after 7:00pm.
  • The applicant is responsible for room setup and cleanup, and these times should be included on the application.
  • Booking requests will be valid once they have been confirmed by Library staff. Please allow at least one weekday for confirmation of online room requests. 
  • If your booking incurs a fee, Library staff will contact you with the total cost and  instructions on how to pay for this booking.
