Fiction Addiction Book Club

Fiction Addiction Book Club Online

Can't get enough popular fiction? Want to share your fervor with fellow fiction junkies? Join us monthly for lively virtual discussions led by our Adult Services library staff. Bring a friend, or make a new one! Attend any or all sessions as you wish; we'll be glad to have you participate when you can.

This month we will discuss the book The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek by Kim Michele Richardson, the 2021 Livingston Reads: One Book, One Community book selection.

"Inspired by the true blue-skinned people of Kentucky and the brave and dedicated Kentucky Pack Horse library service of the 1930s, The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek is a story of raw courage, fierce strength, and one woman's belief that books can carry us anywhere—even back home," according to the publisher. The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek is a New York Times and USA Today Bestseller.

Registration is required and space is limited. Registration is open now and ends 24 hours before the event starts. The Zoom meeting link and password will be emailed to registered participants prior to the program. See below for technical requirements.

Reserved copies of the month's selected book are available for registered participants to borrow digitally and physically through the Library. If you wish to get the book (whether electronic or print) through the Library, please indicate so when you register and we will contact you to arrange that.
