Parents/caregivers & 3-5 year olds, join Howell Library staff on the library lawn, socially distanced, for an outdoor Early Literacy experience featuring some favorite rhymes, songs, & stories.  The Outdoor Family class is geared more for 3-5 year olds whereas the Outdoor RMP class is geared more for 0-3 year olds; siblings welcome with both. 

Registration is required and begins at 10am on Thursday, September 3.  You are registering for 2 classes: Wednesday, September 9 & Wednesday, September 16.

Please register 1 family member and use this name when you check-in.

This event is weather dependent.  A decision will be made at 10am the morning of the class. If canceled, you will be notified by e-mail at 10am.

Each class will begin promptly at 11am and run 30 minutes.  Upon arrival, please find a HCDL staff member outdoors to check-in and receive further instructions.  Please wear a mask at check-in.  If you cannot maintain 6' of social distance, masks are required for age 5 and up. Stroller space is limited.

Please note that the library has limited capacity, limited bathroom availability, and no water fountains. Access to the library is only permitted through the front door.
