CANCELED: Commit to Fit: Good Form Walking with Playmakers In-Person
In the interest of public health, beginning Friday, March 13 at 5pm the Howell Carnegie District Library is closed. Until further notice, HCDL will be closed to the public. Watch howelllibrary.org for information and updates.
There is a better way to walk! Learn proper walking mechanics so you can walk healthily. Each participant will be able to view their form through video analysis and get some individual coaching from a Playmakers certified Good Form instructor. Participants should wear comfortable workout clothing. For adults ages 18+.
Space is limited. Registration is required and begins Wednesday, April 1, 2020 online, by phone, or in person at the Information Desk.
Seating begins 30 minutes before event start.
