Do you or someone you know struggle to navigate Medicaid? The Healthcare Access Project (HAP) at the Michigan Advocacy Program is offering a free educational presentation on Medicaid - what it covers, who qualifies, and the most common pitfalls people face.

This session covers:

• The different types of Medicaid available in Michigan
• Common problems like missed renewals, verification pitfalls, confusing notices, and frequent income/asset errors
• Practical tips to protect your coverage
• How HAP can help - and how to start a case with them

Whether you're applying for Medicaid, facing a coverage loss, or helping a loved one, this presentation will give you the tools you need to take action.

Registration is required and begins Tuesday, August 4th at 9am online, by phone, or in person at the Information Desk. Sign-ups close one hour before the program starts, or when registration is full. A minimum of five (5) participants by end of day Friday, August 21st is required for this program to proceed as planned.

Seating begins 15 minutes before the event start time.
