Paint whimsical flower arrangements using a “backwards” approach to create a unique, modern look. Students will learn about composition, forms, and negative space while layering colors. No painting experience necessary!

Sara Hemmeke loves to share the joy found in color and art with others. She is a multi-discipline freelance artist working in illustration, design, murals, and calligraphy. She has taught hundreds of students of all ages how to paint and draw with a firm belief that art should be FUN! Her style is playful and full of whimsy and bold colors. She and her family live in Howell, MI where she is literally painting the town one mural at a time!

For adults ages 18+.

Registration is required and begins January 15 at 9am online, by phone, or in person at the Information Desk. Registration ends one hour before the program starts, or when the event is full.
