Outdoor Family Early Literacy Class (ages 3-5 with parents/caregivers) In-Person
Meet us on the library lawn for Outdoor Family Early Literacy Class. This free event is designed for children aged 3 to 5 years old and their parents or caregivers, although family members of all ages are welcome to attend. Each class consists of 30 minutes of songs, stories, rhymes/fingerplays, and letter recognition.
Afterward, join us for Family Patriotic Crafts, a drop-in event happening at 10:30am in the Meabon Room.
Please note:
- This summer session of the Family Early Literacy Class (outdoor; drop-in) runs from Wednesday, June 3, through Wednesday, July 29, at 10am.
- We will be on the library lawn for this event. Feel free to bring a tarp/blanket to sit on, as well as sunscreen, hats, and/or bug spray.
- In case of poor weather, this event will occur in the library with limited seating available.
- Stay home if you are sick.
- Library staff may photograph or videotape portions of this event and its attendees for use in promotional materials and on social media.
