Small Business Savvy: The EOS Entrepreneurial Operating System Online
Having trouble achieving your goals? The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) may provide a straightforward way to overcome the barriers. The EOS focuses on six key components: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Tractions. Its implementation can simplify and clarify operations and accountability to achieve business objectives.
This workshop will define the EOS and discuss it and outline its use and implementation for small businesses.
Join these virtual classes on Zoom to help establish and improve your business skills and services. Our Small Business Savvy series is for those who want to start or own a small business. We'll send you the Zoom meeting information a few days in advance of the event.
