Small Business Savvy: Trust but Verify - Using AI in Your Marketing Online
Artificial intelligence is many things, but it isn't magic. Businesses are already using AI for optimizations like ad placements, increasing sales through targeted promotions and cross-sell/upsell efforts, and hyping customer loyalty through improved personalization and smart segmentation. The technology offers significant benefits when compared to traditional techniques, but there are significant pitfalls.
This workshop will examine some of the benefits and pitfalls of using AI in small business marketing. The old “saying trust but verify” is a prudent approach to AI.
Join these virtual classes on Zoom to help establish and improve your business skills and services. Our Small Business Savvy series is for those who want to start or own a small business. We'll send you the Zoom meeting information a few days in advance of the event.
