Flow Before You Feast (Pre-Thanksgiving Yoga & Gratitude Meditation for Ages 14-Adult) In-Person

To help cultivate a sense of gratitude and prepare your mind and body for the holiday season, join us for a special pre-Thanksgiving yoga class. You will be guided to slow down by using flowing movements and connecting with your breath. A ten-minute gratitude meditation will allow you to reflect on the blessings in your life and focus on the present moment. Begin your holiday season with a sense of inner balance and peace, and let the spirit of Thanksgiving fill your heart with gratitude. All yoga levels are welcome. Space is limited, so please register early to secure your spot.

For this event to proceed as scheduled, a minimum of 5 registered participants is necessary. Attendees may enter the building through either the front doors on Grand River or the Clinton Street doors located at the rear of the building. On Wednesday, November 26, the library closes at 5:00 pm. Please plan to arrive and settle in a few minutes before the class starts promptly at 4:45 pm. The library will be closed after the class, so everyone must exit through the Clinton Street doors upon program completion. 

Registration is required and begins on Wednesday, November 12, at 9 am online, by phone, or in person at the Information Desk.
