Sound Bath Meditation In-Person
Join us for a one hour sound bath mediation experience presented by Karen Kline of Stay Tooned LLC.
A sound bath is a group meditation where you are literally bathed in the frequencies from healing instruments for the purpose of reducing your stress levels. Letting go of stress starts the process of allowing your body to be more efficient in self-correcting the areas that are out of balance. Everyone has a personal experience with sound. And every session can bring a different outcome depending on what you need at the time. Sound helps you to reach levels of stillness that can be hard to achieve on your own.
Please dress comfortably. You will receive a reminder email one day prior to the event with a note from the instructor, including details about what to bring.
Registration is required and begins Thursday, October 13, 2025 at 9am online, by phone, or in person at the Information Desk. Sign-ups close one hour before the program starts, or when registration is full.
Seating begins 15 minutes before the event start time.
Please stay home if you are sick.
