Adaptive Literacy Class (for ages 6-17 with developmental/neurological disabilities and parents/caregivers) In-Person
This free literacy class features rhymes, songs, stories, and a letter of the day for ages 6-17 with developmental and/or neurological disabilities and their caregivers. A visual schedule and timer, fidgets, and other adaptive tools will be on hand. Please feel free to bring your own as well.
Parents/caregivers will participate with their child(ren). Registration is required and begins at 9am on Wednesday, September 24. Please register the name of one person from each group/family who will be attending and indicate how many in your group/family plan to attend.

Please note:
- You may bring your favorite fidgets or comfort items.
- A minimum of 6 registered participants is necessary for this event to proceed as scheduled.
- Stay home if you are sick.
- Library staff may photograph or videotape portions of this event and its attendees for use in promotional materials and on social media.
