Money in Politics with Hank Mayers

Money in Politics with Hank Mayers In-Person

The President of Michiganders for Fair and Transparent Elections (MiFTE), Hank Mayers, is dedicated to advancing campaign finance reform. He has had a 40-year career focused on improving quality of life in health care and public service. Hank will discuss money in politics and how it has transformed our electoral process. Winner-take-all politics has had a corrosive effect on American government and sown division into our everyday lives. Hank's group and other state democracy advocacy groups have joined hands and are preparing a ballot measure for 2026 to fix some of these problems. Come learn about it and what you can do to help make this happen.
