Family Science Challenge: Marble Roller Coasters In-Person
Work together as a family to create a roller coaster fit for a marble. Explore speed, energy, angles, and more together as you craft and test out your perfect coaster. Each family will be given supplies to work with and have the opportunity to modify, re-test, and make changes as they go. This free event is best for families with children ages 6 and up; siblings are welcome.
Registration is required and begins at 9am on Monday, July 14. Please register one family member's name.
Please note:
- The marbles used are a choking hazard.
- Stay home if you are sick.
Library staff may photograph or videotape portions of this event and its attendees for use in promotional materials and on social media.
