ArtConnect: Pop-Up Makerspace

ArtConnect: Pop-Up Makerspace In-Person

May the Fourth be with you! This month's ArtConnect will be a Star Wars-themed Pop-up Makerspace! Learn to make Star Wars bracelets and buttons or bring your own project to work on with a selection of our Library of Things equipment, including a button maker, Cricut machine, lightbox, bead spinner, and more. The library will have an assortment of fiber art and other crafting supplies on hand.

Adults attending are welcome to bring children and grandchildren (grades 4 and up) to participate.

ArtConnect is an opportunity to connect with local artisans and other community members to share the joy of art and try out new techniques and projects. Every other month, local artisans will guide you through a featured art project, or you can bring your own project to work on! Supplies will be provided for the featured project, as supplies last. For the months without a featured project, ArtConnect will serve as a Pop-Up Makerspace and provide the opportunity to use our space for your crafting desires and try out new equipment!

No registration required.
Please stay home if you are sick.
