League of Women Voters Forum: Livingston County Community Mental Health with Connie Conklin Online
For this month’s Virtual League of Women Voters Forum, learn about Livingston County Community Mental Health from Executive Director Connie Conklin. Livingston County Community Mental Health provides services across the lifespan, serving children and adults with mental health or substance use needs, as well as those with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Connie has worked 37 years in the public mental health system and many of those years were directly with children and their families. She has worked at the national, state and local level on behalf of individuals with mental health, substance use and intellectual/developmental disabilities. She is a strong advocate for focusing on strengths and abilities versus limitations and disabilities.
Registration is required and begins Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 9am, closing one hour before the program starts. The Zoom meeting link and password will be emailed to registered participants prior to the program. See below for technical requirements.
