RAW Art World is a nonprofit organization that transforms art and inspires artists. RAW Talks will share stories of local artists: what motivates them, how they work, and their journey to artistic fulfillment. This month's RAW Talk will feature local artist Krista Smith. Krista began her journey loving art and creating as a child. Krista then graduated from college with a degree in communications and found herself a program director for youth development. After marriage came her children, and that is when Krista really discovered her love for sewing and making unique clothing for her little ones. Now a leading designer and maker of boutique clothing, she finds inspiration and joy offering others quality clothing in fun and innovative designs. Join us and hear her story of her art, her passion, and how her business and personal skills have grown and developed in ways she never thought possible.
