Help for Hoarding

Help for Hoarding In-Person

Feeling overwhelmed by the amount of things taking up space in your home? Or just curious about what hoarding is or isn’t? Hoarding affects many people, including friends and family members. Understanding the psychological aspects of the disease can help individuals be sympathetic and understanding when it comes time to take action. This presentation, with speaker Beth Newman of Livingston County Home Health and Safety Coalition, takes a deeper look at hoarding, what it is and isn’t, and will highlight different ways individuals can receive help. Attendees will learn the necessary steps for helping loved ones and have a chance to ask questions about hoarding and the psychological aspects of the disease.

No registration required. Seating begins 15 minutes before the event start time.
Please stay home if you are sick.
